A 50% deposit is held but not charged on your credit card at the time of booking to reserve your stay.
We do not accept third party (gift) reservations, and require a physical credit card to process for payment at the end of your stay.
We are unfortunately unable to accommodate children under 18 or pets.
* Please note: due to extreme anxiety with animals which results in panic attacks, we are not able to accommodate pets or service animals. Thank you for your kind understanding of my condition.
Cancellation Policy:
Your very special getaway at the opulent Black River Retreat is an ultra private experience to be cherished with the one you love. Please be certain before reserving a date that you will be able to arrive on the date you are choosing.
If you decide to change your date, or cancel your date within 30 days of your scheduled stay, you will be charged a $99 + HST administration fee.
If you decide to change you date, or cancel your date within 14 days of your scheduled stay, you will be charged $299 + HST cancellation fee. ( $599 + HST if cancelling a 2 night reservation)
