All Rates quoted include your Luxury Accommodation, Four Course Dinner, Gourmet Breakfast, and the Exclusive Use of all our Luxurious Couples Resort Amenities for Two Guests in One Suite at the Black River Retreat in Tweed, Ontario.
Please Note: We are unable to accept reservations more than six months in advance. (ie. in January, we take reservations up to June, in February reservations up to July)
2025 Rates One Night Stay
$599 + HST (One Night) - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday Nights
$699 + HST (One Night) - Friday, Saturday, Sunday Nights
Please Note: We do not accept third party (gift) reservations, and require a physical credit card for payment at the time of stay.
2025 Rates Two Night Stay (maximum length of stay)
$1400 + HST (Two Nights) - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday Nights
$1600 + HST (Two Nights) - Friday, Saturday, Sunday Nights
FAQ: Why is a two night reservation more expensive per night than a one night reservation?
Answer: For a 2 night reservation there is no maintenance performed during your stay giving you complete privacy, requiring us to hire additional staff to catch up on maintenance after your stay thereby increasing our cost.

$999 + HST (One Night) - February 14, December 24, December 25, December 31
Check In - 3:00 pm or later
Check Out - 12:00 noon or earlier

Cancellation Policy:
Your very special getaway at the opulent Black River Retreat is an ultra private experience to be cherished with the one you love. Please be certain before reserving a date that you will be able to arrive on the date you are choosing.
If you decide to change your date, or cancel your date within 30 days of your scheduled stay, you will be charged a $99 + HST administration fee.
If you decide to change you date, or cancel your date within 14 days of your scheduled stay, you will be charged $399 + HST cancellation fee.($699 + HST if cancelling a 2 night reservation)
