Your very special getaway at the Opulent Black River Retreat is an Ultra Private experience to be Cherished with the One You Love. Please be certain before reserving a date that you will be able to arrive on the date you are choosing.

If you decide to change your date, or cancel your date within 30 days of your scheduled stay, you will be charged a $99 + HST administration fee.

If you decide to change you date, or cancel your date within 14 days of your scheduled stay, you will be charged $299 + HST cancellation fee.( $599 + HST if cancelling a 2 night reservation )

Answer: The price of a two night stay is higher than a one night stay due to our additional operating and maintenance costs incurred during a two consecutive night reservation.
