We do not accept third party (gift) reservations, and require a physical credit card to process for payment at the end of your stay.

We are able to accommodate most dietary restrictions, but please contact us before proceeding with your reservation.
We are unfortunately unable to accommodate children under 18, or pets.
* Please note: due to extreme anxiety with animals which results in panic attacks, we are not able to accommodate pets or service animals. Thank you for your kind understanding of my condition.
6 months is the furthest in advance that we accept reservations. ( ie : in January we accept reservations from January 1 - June 30, in February we accept reservations from February 1 - July 31).
Cancellation Policy:
Your very special getaway at the opulent Black River Retreat is an ultra private experience to be cherished with the one you love. Please be certain before reserving a date at your Ultra Private Couples Resort that you will be able to arrive on the date you are choosing.
If you decide to change your date, or cancel your date within 30 days of your scheduled stay, you will be charged a $99 + HST administration fee.
If you decide to change you date, or cancel your date within 14 days of your scheduled stay, you will be charged $299 + HST cancellation fee. ( $599 + HST if cancelling a 2 night reservation )
